Cancellations Within 24 Hours of the Tour or Transfer

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour or transfer are not eligible for a refund. This is because last-minute cancellations often leave little to no opportunity for rescheduling, affecting both our operational efficiency and other travelers.

Cancellations Made Between 24 and 48 Hours Before the Tour or Transfer

If you need to cancel your booking between 24 and 48 hours before your scheduled time, you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount. This partial refund helps offset the costs incurred in preparing for your tour, such as staffing, transportation arrangements, and other logistical factors.

Cancellations Made More Than 48 Hours in Advance

For cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled tour or transfer, we offer a full refund. This allows us ample time to make adjustments, reschedule resources, and accommodate other travelers without disruption.

  • In the case of no-shows, no refunds will be provided.
